Stock status, orders and delivery
In the store, there are 3 Order Statuses we use. On the page for the item, the button will read one of the following:
Important Note: Please do not combine purchases of pre-order, back order and in-stock items. We will only ship when the full order is ready to ship to you.
ADD TO CART - This item is in stock and will be posted out to you when checkout is complete. We aim to ship same day for all orders received and processed by 12 noon Monday to Friday (please note, some circumstances will dictate that this is not always possible) and within 1 working day for all other orders.
BACK ORDER - We are waiting for this stock from our supplier and will ship within 1 working day of receipt.
PRE-ORDER - This item is not available right now, but you are at the front of the queue for when it is.
We ship when the last item of stock to fulfill the order is received - please do not order in-stock and pre-order/back order items at the same time.
Order online, pick up in person - we have some shipping options when you checkout. For those who can reach our scheduled market appearances at Alnwick, Berwick and Newcastle Quayside, ensure you select the correct option, or opt to collect from us in Alnwick at our home base. Please provide your telephone number with such orders, so that we can make arrangements with you quickly.
Local delivery - hand delivery is available, often same day, within Alnwick. The charge for this service is £1, which is added to the order when you select this delivery option.
